Dropping your hands on shots? 👀 Your body is telling you that your hands are too high to start! Oftentimes, hands dropping is your body course correcting, letting you know that your hands are too high to start from, and that it is easier to move from a lower, more relaxed level. 😎 Positioning your hands at eye level strains your arms and makes them tighter. You want to make them loose and mobile. ✅ Additionally, this position also makes the easiest shot (stick side high) easier but also makes the hardest shot (off stick low) more difficult due to the distance your hands must travel to make the save. 👎 Positioning them lower with your top thumb at chin level will still allow you to save the easiest shot while also making the hardest shot easier. 😊 Try it out and see how it improves your game! 🎯 #reels #lacrosse #explorepage #education #goalie

The 2025 class of goalies has done a remarkable job so far in the recruiting process. Top goalies did their homework ahead of time, narrowed their lists down early, openly communicated to coaches and have gone on thorough visits. Some big ones announcing this week 👀

.@NavyMLax secures a Top 10 keeper in the ‘25 class with 4 ⭐️ Ethan Train out of @NoblesBVL (Mass.) and @LXCMinutemen. The next up in a long line of high level ISL goalie prospects, Train’s a quick-handed lefty stopper who is incredibly active & athletic out of the cage as well. https://t.co/FmSsRcj7Bf

IL's No. 9 junior and No. 1 goalie Aidan Seibel '25 (@MCDLaxScores, Md. / @91Maryland ) has decided on @TerpsMLAX. An unflappable 6'2, 185-pound stopper, Seibel had a terrific season for the MIAA champs and followed that up with a huge summer. https://t.co/KaRlzHrAmt https://t.co/J5kbf40cKz

🚨PSA for 2025 Goalies🚨 - If a school reaches out and you’re not interested, promptly thank them and let them know you are looking elsewhere. You’ll save their valuable recruiting time and help another goalie get recruited in the process.

"Love these guys, without them i would not be anywhere close to where I am as a goalie or player. Really gave me a love for the game and would not trade the time I spent with them for anything."

"I could not speak more highly about Meg, Andrew, Mike, Drake and Gilly. The incredible, intense, training they offer is second-to-none. Not only are you going to get the most shots you'll ever receive in a two hour span but they take the time to watch each cage carefully, providing thorough/thoughtful tips to all goalies. Not to mention they have the best shooters in D1 ripping on you all day."

Loyola University Commit

"Outstanding shooters and coaching. Personally, it’s a long drive to get to sessions, but always so worth it. I learn new things, get tons of reps in drills built for goalies, and am able to be active in a lacrosse goalie community that is so, so, supportive. Could not recommend more!"

Lewis Testimonial

Zach L. Goaliesmith Goalie

"The best at what they do. Sessions are surrounded with high energy, quality shooters and a bunch of great people. They have definitely helped me improve drastically and I can’t wait to return."
