# Returns Policy

## Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

### 1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

- You have **30 days** from the date of purchase to return or exchange your product.
- Items must be in **new, unused, and resellable condition**, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

### 2. Returns Process

- To initiate a return, please contact [andrew@goaliesmith.com](mailto:andrew@goaliesmith.com) with your **order number** and the **reason for the return**.
- Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.

### 3. Exchanges Process

- To exchange your product for a different **size, color, or model**, email [andrew@goaliesmith.com](mailto:andrew@goaliesmith.com) with your **order number** and desired exchange details.
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item.

### 4. Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for **shipping costs** associated with returns and exchanges.
- **Original shipping charges** are non-refundable.

### 5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are **not eligible** for returns or exchanges:

- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items

### 6. Refunds

- Refunds will be issued to your **original payment method** once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow up to **10–15 business days** for the refund to appear on your statement.

### 7. Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive a **damaged or defective item**, contact [andrew@goaliesmith.com](mailto:andrew@goaliesmith.com). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
